ports/184396: sysutils/dunst should install dunstify too

 This is from the official RELEASE NOTES:
 
      Since dunstify depends on non-public parts of libnotify it may break
      on every other libnotify version than that version that I use.
      Because of this it does not get build and installed by default.
      It can be build with "make dunstify". An installation target does
      not exist.
 
      Please don't open bug reports when dunstify doesn't work with your
      version of libnotify
 
 Even though I have created a patch and port version that would install 
 dunstify,
 given the above statement, I don't think that port should install dunstify.
 
 Maybe as an option by creating a WITH_DUNSTIFY switch, but still this 
 leaves me
 with questions since this could break when libnotify changes.
 
 Any input on this topic is welcomed.
