Thanks for your PR Oliver.  I agree with Eijiro here, and I was
considering hosting the distfile myself.  However, since this is a more
general problem with fetch, I think it would be prudent to hold out
until bin/171402 is committed rather than put ad-hoc fixes into ports.
I'm glad you've got it installed now.
