ports/170417: Update port: sysutils/grub2 to 2.00

Dear Mr. Christian Mangin,
I thank you very very much for your sending the patch(es)!!

I would like to submit the additional patch based on yours, 
whose changes are as follows:
  * Add LICENSE
  * Convert to new OPTIONS framework (OptionsNG)
  * pkg-message: Update the example of menu entry.
      - Since v1.99, the name of a partition should have 
        the form `(hd0,msdos1,bsd1)', rather than `(hd0,1,a)'.
