I have checked the "Install Kerberos authentication helpers" option in port's config, but I'm missing the ext_kerberos_ldap_group_acl heper, so I need to install it manually. This helper should really be installed when this option is set.

Install www/squid32 port, try to use the squid ldap external group helper by the Markus Moeller.
