ports/167405: EFL updated to 1.1.0 and E17 updated to svn 65643

I've updated again http://files.roorback.net/e17/diffs/all.diff

1. In benchmarks/expedite I added --disable-* to CONFIGURE_ARGS, for 
sure, but this shouldn't change anything

2. Added BROKEN messages to 4 ports which fails, all of them has set 
EXPIRATION_DATE

3. Changed EXPIRATION_DATE to 2012-07-31

4. Updated LIB_DEPENDS on graphics/png after last libpng update


Macro ${MASTER_SITES_E17} isn't needed, because In EFL 1.2.1 I've 
planned to use http://files.roorback.net/e17/base/ without date in url
Also In EFL 1.2.1 I've planned to convert ports to optionsNG framework.
