the last update to lang/clang-devel has clang using a ld option which does not
exist in binutils 2.15:

/usr/bin/ld: unrecognized option '--hash-style=both'
/usr/bin/ld: use the --help option for usage information
clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

patch adds a depend on binutils for systems that predate the import of binutils
2.17.50. (it would be nice if binutils 2.17.50 was MFC to 7/8-stable)
