After installation of both ports, running
pkg_info -W /usr/local/man/man3/Object.3.gz
shows:
pkg_info: "both open-motif-2.3.3 and tcl-8.5.10 claim to have installed /usr/local/man/man3/Object.3.gz"

At least one of these files should be renamed.
