A /usr/ports "make clean" fails in cad/astk-client.  Error is:

"/usr/ports/cad/astk-client/../astk-serveur/Makefile", line 287: Could not find /usr/ports/cad/astk-client/../../french/aster/bsd.aster.mk
make: fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue

Seems like it doesn't like that I exclude most language ports.  I.e. there is no /usr/ports/french/ on this machine.

I'm not sure if this impacts building the port or not.
