ports/161455: multimedia/transcode should depend on ffmpeg

 The maintainer of this port is cyberbotx at cyberbotx.com, but somehow the 
 automatic tool that should have sent him an email and asked for his 
 feedback didn't operate.  So I have done it manually.
 
 It seems to me that the port already contains a dependency between 
 multimedia/transcode and multimedia/ffmpeg.
