 Maybe is something wrong with pr system,
 currently available patches are wrongly
 decoded by my browser (Firefox 4 beta).
 
 I put working copy on:
 http://files.roorback.net/openssh-portable/patch-1,3.diff
 http://files.roorback.net/openssh-portable/patch-2.diff
 
 where patch-1,3.diff is combined patch-1.diff and patch-3.diff,
 which is mandatory
 and patch-2.diff is unchanged and optional.
