ports/144674: [NEW PORT] graphics/libpng: Official PNG reference library

Hi,

I agree with your point of view. I would like to request for a repocopy.
However, I suggest to change the portname to libpng, the official name,
if possible. That is,
 1. graphics/png -(repocopy)-> graphics/libpng12
 2. graphics/png -(move)-> graphics/libpng and update it to libpng 1.4.x
If it really works, please handle this port. Thanks.
