	graphis/gimp depends on graphics/gimp-help if we use some make options,
	but detection of the installed gimp-help fails.
	
>How-To-Repeat:
	always after installation of gimp-help.

	packages name of gimp-help has been changed to gimp-help-html.
	graphics/gimp should detect "gimp-help-html".
	the line "gimp-htlp>0" in Makefile should be changed to "gimp-help-html>0"
	or to "gimp-help*>0".
