After I upgrade VirtualBox to 3.1.2, open VirtualBox and click "Start" then pop up 2 dialogs, one has below details error info are:

Result Code: NS_ERROR_FAILURE (0x80004005)

And another dialog displays:

Kernel driver not installed (rc=-1908)
Make sure the kernel module has been loaded successfully.

>How-To-Repeat:
1. load the virtualbox kernel module via /boot/loader.conf:
vboxdrv_load="YES" 

2. Then remove vboxnetflt or vboxnetadp entries from /boot/loader.conf and
add this to /etc/rc.conf and reboot the machine afterwards:
vboxnet_enable="YES" 

3. Start VirtaulBox and create any guest OS, for example, Windows XP
