I found that if my openjdk6 has both the WEB and IPV6 options enabled, the web plugin doesn't work on some pages. For example, this page does work:

http://www.java.com/en/download/help/testvm.xml

But these pages don't:

http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre&try=1
http://runescape.com/

This is using Firefox 4 beta 7 from gecko team repo (firefox-devel). FWIW, test-ipv6.com works fine, ipv6 is setup properly.
