>Description:
Some fixes/cleanup for the www/pecl-tidy port:

* Update comment to reflect that this is a PHP 4 only port.

* Update IGNORE_WITH_PHP to include php 5.2 as well as 5.3

* Add DEFAULT_PHP_VER to pull in php4 not php5.

* Remove MD5 line from the distfile.
