>Description:
The MinGW32 cross-compiler does not pass checksum tests. Here are the last few lines of output when "making" mingw32-gcc:
> MD5 Checksum mismatch for mingw-w32api-3.13-mingw32-dev.tar.gz
> mingw/w32api-3.13-mingw32-dev.tar.gz
> Make sure the Makefile and distinfo file
> (/usr/ports/devel/mingw32-bin-msvcrt/dlstinfo) are up to date.
If NO_CHECKSUM=YES is specified the message is different:
> Extracting for mingw32-bin-msvcrt-r3.15.2.a3.13
> tar: Unrecognized archive format: Inappropriate file type or format
> tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
I saw the same problem in FreeBSD 6.4, and upgraded to 7.2 hoping that would solve
the problem.
