FreeBSD CARMEN 7.2-RELEASE FreeBSD 7.2-RELEASE #0: Thu Nov 5 20:08:17 MST 2009 neshort@:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/CARMEN i386
>Description:
After logging into any window manager (tested with blackbox, fluxbox,
jwm and wm2) and exiting back to wdm and attempting another login: I
can type my user name but neither "tab" nor "Enter" will permit me to
type in my password. The cursor remains at the end of my user name
and any typing is appended to the user name.
x.org (xorg-7.4_1) in running with that hald business (the following in /etc/rc.conf:
hald_enable="YES"
dbus_enable="Yes"
) - which may or may not be applicable.
