>Environment:
FreeBSD 7.2-RELEASE-p4 amd64
>Description:
The startup-script that is supposed to mount the devfs into the chroot-environment doesn't work:

(bla-host <~>) 0 # /usr/local/etc/rc.d/scponlyc start
username/dev
devfs rule: ioctl DEVFSIO_SAPPLY: No such process

via sh -x I see that:
+ /sbin/devfs -m /home/username/dev rule -s 1 applyset

is supposed to be run.
What over preparations have to be done, if any?
