>Description:
In an attempt to unclutter the misc/ category and provide ongoing support for l10n/i18n based projects, I would like to see the creation of the new category called internationalization. This name was chosen after a public discussion on the freebsd-ports thread, http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-ports/2009-June/thread.html#55412
While discussion regarding a new category was generally well received, theire was dissent on the name. Internationalization by itself is completely self explanatory and should adequately meet the needs of the many.
