Note to committer: textproc/ruby-liquid already exists, but gems that
depend on liquid want the gem. I looked and found precedence for
having both a rubygem-* and a ruby-* in
ruby-htmltools/rubygem-htmltools and concluded that it was fine to
have the duplication.
I'll commit another PR which will depend on this one, hence my desire
to add it.

security of the server they are rendered on.
