rezound defines the soundtouch libraries as a build dependency, but
they are actually a run dependency too.

>How-To-Repeat:

build rezound with soundtouch enabled (which is the default), then remove the soundtouch port.  rezound will not run.

>Fix:

I think the right fix is to change soundtouch from being in
BUILD_DEPENDS to being in LIB_DEPENDS.
