For the upcoming migration of the FreeBSD src repository from
CVS to subversion, we need two ports to be created:
subversion-devel -> this port will track subversion 1.5, until it is released
                 -> according the to the subversion developers,
                    we cannot make pre-release versions of subversion
                    part of any official distributions:
                    http://svn.haxx.se/dev/archive-2008-05/1096.shtml
                    but, we need to get something going for people
                    to use and test the new FreeBSD svn repository
                 -> should use www/serf port if possible
                    see PR 124059

subversion-freesbd -> this will be based on subversion-devel, but
                      with have some private patches from Peter Wemm
                      available at: http://people.freebsd.org/~peter/
