I have grepped all ports tree and we don't have USE_GTK any longer, so we
don't need the backward compatibility anymore.

As for remove USE_GTK from bsd.gnome.mk, it will be coming with GNOME 2.24. I
will remove it in MC CVS's bsd.gnome.mk when this patch committed.
