	Neon was upgraded from 26 to 28 to support new subversion.  Now,
	gstreamer-plugins-neon will not install since it depends on
	neon-26 and neon-26 cannot be installed alongside neon-28.  Many
	other ports have explicit dependencies on neon-26 which make
	them incompatible with neon-28.

>How-To-Repeat:
	Install neon-28.  Attempt to upgrade gstreamer-plugins-neon.

>Fix:
	Find all ports which depend on neon-26 and change the dependency
	to neon-28.  There are probably between 10 and 20 ports.
