emulators/hfsutils and emulators/hfs install files in the same place. after installing first hfs and then hfsutils:

pkg_delete: '/usr/local/bin/hfs' fails original MD5 checksum - deleted anyway.
pkg_delete: '/usr/local/man/man1/hfs.1.gz' fails original MD5 checksum - deleted anyway.

and

pkg_delete: file '/usr/local/man/man1/hfs.1.gz' doesn't exist
pkg_delete: file '/usr/local/bin/hfs' doesn't exist
pkg_delete: couldn't entirely delete package (perhaps the packing list is
incorrectly specified?)
