ports/117789: [patch] devel/clint unbreak fix build with GCC 4.2 + few cleanups

Maybe some clarification is needed:
since the patch renames a few files in ${FILESIDR}, the best way to
apply is:

# cd /usr/ports/devel/clint
# fetch http://www.gahr.ch/FreeBSD/patches/117789_clint.diff
# patch -E < 117789_clint.diff
# find . -name "*.orig" -delete
