The patch fixes a few "deprecated conversion from string constant to 'char*'" fatal warnings and corrects a bug that causes an assertion to fail if the XUngrabPointer event is called after the mouse has switched to another window.

For the compile error:
cd /usr/ports/editors/zoinks && make

For the assertion error:
play fast with the mouse by clicking on the menus, etc etc.. ;-)
