games/dungeoncrawl doesn't respect CXX and CXXFLAGS
Other changes while I'm editing this port anyway:
- Replaced pkg-plist with PLIST_FILES
- Install manpage
- Renamed patches
- Replace patch-aa(makefile.bsd) with sed
