- When NOPORTDOCS is defined, pdf documents are still built.
One can s/HAVE_LATEX/WITHOUT_LATEX/. But I follow the same logic used
in post-install section, i.e. WITHOUT_LATEX is checked only if we are
going to install additional documents.
