 I'm going to include them always -- it does not hurt, and who knows, which=

 compiler the user is using anyway.
 
 Ullrich, is there a good reason to support the "included gettext" (INCGT)=20
 option? I'd like to eliminate it completely, just as the bundled boost is=20
 eliminated...
