 I've read the PR and don't fully understand what are you trying to  
 say. gtk-send-pr doesn't fill the synopsis by itself, it just sets it  
 to whatever the user writes.
 
 Could you elaborate a bit on what the issue is? Does it also happen  
 with 0.4.9?
