ports/115482: NEW PORT: net-im/pidgin-latex render latex code in im conversations

Sorry for the inconvenience (this is my first submission of a new port).

It appears that first submission did not show that the attached file is
a tar.gz binary.

Second, looking at other ports, it appears that I have not been
completely alligned with common practice in the Makefile.

I have made and attached a new port (tgz), and if the attachment is
filtered for some reason, also a patch for the Makefile is included.

If for whatever reason there are problems with attached files or
patches, a tgz of the port is available here:

   http://www.locolomo.org/pub/ports/pidgin-latex.tgz

It has been tested with pidgin 2.1.0.

Cheers, Erik
