FFmpeg-devel's CONFLICT line is :

CONFLICTS= ffmpeg-[0-9]*-*

FFmpeg version is :

0.4.9.p1_7

The CONFLICT line does not match the version.

Install ffmpeg, then ffmpeg-devel

I suggest replacing CONFLICTS= ffmpeg-[0-9]*-* by CONFLICTS= ffmpeg-[0-9]*
in ffmpeg-devel's Makefile.
