The new release 1.4 of the asterisk has been available for a quite some time now. However, there are several ports that depend on it (i.e. zaptel, asterisk-bristuff, asterisk-oh323 etc) that won't work with 1.4 yet. Therefore, it's necessary to repo-copy net/asterisk and net/asterisk-addons into net/asterisk12 and net/asterisk12-addons respectevely, after which all ports that don't work with asterisk 1.4 will be pointed out to them.
