I was unable to update ffmpeg-devel, because of the following compile error:

x264.c: In function `X264_init':
x264.c:151: error: structure has no member named `b_cbr'

Turns out there was a patch for this, but for some reason the patch is now empty, see http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/ports/multimedia/ffmpeg-devel/files/patch-libavcodec_x264.c?r1=1.2

Update portstree to after Sep 25, try to build ffmpeg-devel.
