 libtheora update was submitted the same day as the fix:
 PR #95870
 
 This tweak doesn't break anything, I don't think it will until
 something like theora 2.0 which is a long wait from now.
 
 --enable-theora seems to be necessary. Please test it yourself,
 theora is not autodetected when I try it
