The start script coming with tor-devel lacks the PROVIDE line
and therefore isn't called on boot.
>How-To-Repeat:
Install tor-devel, add tor_enable="YES" to /etc/rc.conf and reboot.

Add the line "PROVIDE: tor" to the start script or apply
