To make the puzzle even more challenging, if I first install
gcc-3.3.6 and use that to compile gcc-3.4.5, the latter
compiles just fine.
So, with the default 4.11 cc it fails miserably, but with
another gcc version taken from ports it compiles, which was
supposed to be an unsupported configuration, right?
