ports/80113: databases/slony1: add Slony-I rc.d script

 Slony does not have master and slave nodes.  There should NOT be any=20
 "slony_master" or "slony_slave" variables!  Just run slon with=20
 clustername, dbname, and username options (should also support other=20
 flags) and it will figure out what to do.
