>Description:

Update sysutils/topless to 1.41.

Changes of topless itself (not ports) from the previous version (1.36)
are as follows:

- Improve portability by using printf(1) instead of echo(1).
- Use "diff -C" instead of "diff -u" to make line parsing easier.
- Fix man page.
- "make install" can now be run by non-root user.
- Sync help message to man page.
- Remove README since it is the same as man page.
