An almost identical port of this software was committed on 2005/01/16
by ijliao.  There are a few minor differences (and it was one version
later).  It was assigned to ports at FreeBSD.org.

Are you still interested in picking up the port as the maintainer?  If
so, would you mind resending any parts of this patch that you want
incorporated into it?
