Hopefully, all this hoop-la will go away when we finally stop supporting
5.005_03.

He did. He made the manpage conditional on the version of Perl, meaning
that there will be no Parse::PerlConfig.3 with 5.005_03. This is IMHO
not the best possible fix, but it surely is the least intrusive one.
Shall I close the PR?
