This patch updates the java/eclipse-cdt port from 2.0 to the maintenance build 2.0.2

Unlike version 2.0, 2.0.2 no longer has separate distfiles for the motif or gtk workspaces. This simplified the necessary Makefile. All other changes are mechanical (update distinfo and plist).
