	Some time ago my port devel/phptags was added to the ports tree. I've found it 
	a little bit changed, to be exect, line 
		USE_GETOPT_LONG=        yes

	was added. I'm sure that phptags does not use getopt_long(3), so I think that 
	using "USE_GETOPT_LONG" is not needed here.
