p5-Math-GSL fails to build because of the update of math/gsl from
version 1.4 to 1.5

>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt to compile the program and it will fail with a message saying
it cannot find libgsl.so.5.

>Fix:
Apply the attached Makefile patch. The port was tested in accordance
with sect. 3.4, of the Porters Handbook. I was unable to run the
GSL.pm. I don't know PERL. portlint -Av showed only one FATAL message
but this was because of
the url in the pkg-descr; namely sources.redhat.com/gsl. It complained
about it not having "www".
