      The firefox port installs various pkgconfig files (e.g mozilla-plugin.pc) into ${X11BASE}/lib/firefox/lib/pkgconfig/ instead of ${X11BASE}/libdata/pkgconfig/. Therefore, the pkgconfig executable cannot find them.
