KDE 3.2 introduced too big of a change to the KWin API. The old qinx
port won't build under KDE 3.2, and the new one won't build under 3.1.
The same situation applies for other KWin decorations in ports, such as
x11-wm/mosfet-liquid.
I do not see this as a significant problem. The qinx and kdebase3 ports
will be in sync once this update is committed.
