ports/75061: nagios-plugins uses wrong ps arguments on FreBSD 5.3

 i radically deleted the elsif block in configure.in that
 lead to
 
 /bin/ps -weo 'stat uid ppid vsz rss pcpu comm args'
 
 after this, the correct FreeBSD part of configure.in was processed and 
 check_procs generated from this works now.
