GNU intlfonts 1.2 contains Japanese fonts, but one of them, namely
Japanese.BIG/j83-32.bdf (so-called Watanabe Font), is found to be
an unauthorized copy of a commercial font.

Therefore, that font was removed from the latest version of GNU intlfonts.
