Userland is upgraded to -p16, while the kernel is still -p3.

>Description:
LHa for UNIX has a newer version at
		http://sourceforge.jp/projects/lha/ [in Japanese]
		http://ns103.net/~arai/lha/index.html [in English, but old]
so please consider upgrading to it. The newer version uses autoconf/
automake which requires less patch before building.
And some bugfixes were made in the newer version.

Message board for the newer versions is at:
	     http://www2m.biglobe.ne.jp/~dolphin/cgi-bin/raib.cgi [in Japanese]

Note that there are versions 1.15 and 1.17, but they are an unofficial
branch from buggy 1.14f. THE mainstream is still 1.14i.

Since the current version (1.14i without autoconf) is very stable and
seldom causes a problem while newer version is often updated for subtle
bugfix, so I do not insist on upgrading.
